Our vision to make sustainable solar energy available to everyone can only come to life through our customer and product-oriented view and the cooperation between software development, product management and lean, experiment-driven business development.  </p><p>Join us to develop your professional skills, take part in the energy revolution, and let us take ownership of the sustainable change we want to see in the world together!</p><p>In our Cloud Infrastructure and Security organization, your responsibilities will include: </p><ul><li><p><strong>Product Strategy:</strong><strong> </strong>develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our cloud infrastructure and security initiatives based on understanding the requirements of development teams across our tech organization and in line with business priorities. </p></li><li><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration:</strong> work closely with stakeholders, including development teams, security experts, and operations and business, to understand their needs and prioritize features accordingly. </p></li><li><p><strong>Roadmap Development:</strong> define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and addresses our development teams' key requirements and pain points.</p></li><li><p><strong>Make our Cloud Secure by Design:</strong> drive the adoption and implementation of Infrastructure as Code principles. Ensure efficient and scalable deployment processes. Lead security-enhancing initiatives while meeting compliance and regulation standards,</p></li><li><p><strong>Developer Experience:</strong> understand the pain points of development teams and advocate for and implement solutions that enhance the overall developer experience.</p></li><li><p><strong>Team Collaboration and Organization:</strong> Facilitate a collaborative and organized work environment across the cloud infrastructure and security teams. Ensure that tasks are executed efficiently and aligned with project timelines. </p></li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li><p>You have a <strong>master's of science degree in a technical field</strong>, preferably software engineering. </p></li><li><p>You have proven <strong>experience as a Technical Product Owner</strong>, preferably in a cloud-native development context. </p></li><li><p>You have in-depth <strong>understanding of cloud technologies and best practices</strong>. </p></li><li><p>You are <strong>f</strong><strong>amiliar with Infrastructure as Code</strong> tools and principles. </p></li><li><p>Ideally, you have a <strong>b</strong><strong>ackground in security and compliance for cloud environments</strong> and familiarity with related tools and technologies. </p></li><li><p>You have <strong>at least </strong><strong>five</strong><strong> years of working experience</strong> in a mid-sized or large industrial company.  </p></li><li><p>You have<strong> strong stakeholder management skills</strong>, both internal and external, on an international playing field. </p></li><li><p>You <strong>communicate clearly in English</strong>, spoken and written — crisp and concise ways of formulating your ideas and opinions.
