Director, Business Transformation & Enablement

IQVIA is in the process of completing the modernization and rationalization of the production of all its commercial data assets, by replatforming them onto the Big Data Factory. As this project comes to an end, we need to develop the next generation of features and functionalities to enrich our data and analytics offering, make them more interoperable and easier to access and consume by internal and external stakeholders. In parallel, IQVIA is setting-up architecture function, building a development platform and harmonizing software development lifecycles, development principles and metrics to make software development more consistent and effective through the use of common architectural templates, shared tools, microservices and reusable components. These changes are quite substantial and will require hand-on support to facilitate their adoption. To do so, we are recruiting a Director, Business Transformation and Enablement who will partner will the Business Units to drive their adoption.

Main responsibilities:
•    Engage with business and development leads to explain the benefits the new data platforms and development tools and processes will bring to their teams and how to make the best use of them, linking these changes to IQVIA’s strategy.
•    Partner with pilot teams in each Business Unit to show the benefits in real life and build a group of business and technical champions to help drive adoption across the Business Unit
•    Work with the Communications and the Digital Workplace teams to make the tools, training and information sessions visible and accessible to all relevant employees.
•    Work closely with the Architecture and Standards and the Data Office teams to understand upcoming changes and benefits, to define roll-out, training and change management plans.
•    Collect feedback from Business Stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, both from a tech and business transformation standpoint.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, life sciences or related field Req
• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in business transformation
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data capture, compilation, and presentation tools
• Proven experience in leading complex, multi-country / mutli-BU programmes
• Ability to postively influence stakeholders and work in a cross-functional, mutli-cultural environment, with a heavy tech background
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and verbal communication skills
• Strong influencing, problem resolution, motivation, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and time metrics
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills
• Ability to establish and maintain customer loyalty
• Excellent business and industry awareness staying current on trends and impact on the business
• Excellent presentation skills meeting the needs of all levels within the organization up to and including the executive management team
• Strong project leadership, staff management, and/or project planning skills

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $132,400.00 - $245,800.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
