We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic professional to join our Corporate Communications team at BMG. In this versatile role, you will oversee essential administrative functions, craft engaging content, and contribute to our strategic communication efforts. What You’ll Be Doing.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
- Monitor daily news coverage about BMG and send weekly reports to the global leadership team.
- Keep track of all clippings for BMG.
- Update and maintain press lists, bios, and other press materials.
- Conduct research for various communications projects.
- Create graphics using Canva and PowerPoint templates for social media, reporting, and internal memos.
- Help draft press releases, social media posts, and stories for BMG’s intranet and website.
- Organize the department's shared drive, files, and magazines.
- Process invoices and expenses.
- Conduct research to support Corporate Communication strategic planning and news flow of announcements.
- Assist with internal event setup.
- Prepare and distribute press releases and internal memos.
- Perform other administrative duties, including travel coordination.
Must-Haves
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Extensive attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Off
