We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager who can lead and manage projects that drive our supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful </span><span>execution</span><span> of our global supply chain strategies across various regions.</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span> </span></span><span> </span></p><p><span><span>As a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be part of the central Project Delivery team and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, from business leaders to IT professionals, both globally and locally, to drive project success. If this is you, </span><span>we’d</span><span> love to talk.</span></span><span> </span></p><p></p><p><b><span>What You Will Do</span></b></p><p><b>Project Management and delivery</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex IT projects with a focus on Global Supply Chain initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.</p></li><li><p>Identify and highlight potential risks and challenges in project execution.</p></li><li><p>Establish and lead efficient project teams to secure planning, execution, and progress review.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Stakeholder and supplier management</b></p><ul><li><p>Manage stakeholders, whether they are from Business or IT, involved within the project or part of the receiving organization.</p></li><li><p>Manage suppliers and partners who support us in Projects.</p></li><li><p>Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Continuous Improvement and best practices</b></p><ul><li><p>Promote a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned from previous projects/phases.</p></li><li><p>Ensure a value-oriented approach, not being afraid to challenge if the business value is questionable.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Collaboration and team alignment</b></p><ul><li><p>Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to align project goals with business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Coach and mentor individuals and interact over processes and tools, helping the project team or individual to clarify goals and actions to achieve them.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Who You Are</span></b></p><ul><li><p>You have at least 5 years of proven leadership managing medium to large size complexity IT projects.</p></li><li><p>You hold a university degree in IT or a similar field.</p></li><li><p>You possess strong skills in planning, executing, and closing projects.</p></li><li><p>Your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to address and overcome challenges that arise during projects.</p></li><li><p>Your excellent leadership and communication skills allow you to manage stakeholders and team members effectively.</p></li><li><p>You demonstrate a strong sense of urgency, flexibility, and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, priority-changing environment</p></li><li><p>Certifications in Project Management, Agile, and Scrum are a plus.</p></li><li><p><span>Experience from Supply Chain projects are beneficial.</span></p></li><li><p>You are fluent in English, both verbal and written, ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization.</p></li><li><p>Willingness to travel.</p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What We Can Offer You</b></h2><p
