JOB SUMMARY:
The Lead Solution Advisor role is pivotal in driving client development and business development, which are the primary focuses of this position. This role involves leading the Solutions Advisor team, as well as leading the pursuit of specific opportunities set up by Revenue Operations, utilizing research and actionable intelligence to make informed pursuit decisions that win business and assist clients. Additionally, the Lead Solution Advisors will act as service/product managers, collaborating across the enterprise with billable consultants, account managers, and management to develop sales and marketing strategies. The role also includes maintaining a Solution’s Advisor playbook to guide these efforts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides management and supervision to the Solutions Advisor team.
- Utilize mentoring, coaching, and influencing skills to inspire others and resolve challenging relationship management situations.
- This is a producing lead position and goals will need to be maintained as outlined in your compensation plan.?
- Drive collaboration across the organization to identify needs and develop scalable solutions.
- Prioritize objectives and implement strategies to achieve company initiatives as part of the leadership team.
- Deploy data and research to drive cross-business corporate prioritization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.
- Form and lead internal teams, providing training and mentorship as needed.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, focusing on business development, as a priority.
- Collaborate across the enterprise with billable consultants, account managers, and management to ensure cohesive efforts.
- Leverage expertise in the company’s various service offerings to assess client needs and apply experience and knowledge to present potential solutions.
- Act as a product or segment manager to help the team develop go-to-market strategies and tactics for assigned service lines or market/industry segments.
- Responsible for contact mapping and identifying the best paths associated with researched cases and leads nominated from the IMS community.
- Operate as a power user of the IMS Dynamics platform, evaluating internal and market intelligence to match IMS offerings to client/market needs.
- Serve as the hub for all client-facing teammates, facilitating internal team collaboration events and acting as the de facto historian and curator of the IMS experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Executive-level presentation skills and ability to handle high-level client interactions.
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and negotiating skills.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field required.
- MBA or other graduate-level degree preferred.
