About the role
Description
The Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and performing various tasks to support the CEO's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence. Draft and edit documents and presentations as needed.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for the CEO.
- Project Management: Assist with special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the CEO's goals.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information and communications.
- Office Management: Oversee the executive office's administrative functions, including managing supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Contract:
The contract is anticipated to last for 2-4 months.
