We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

This role sits at the intersection of growth, and ecosystem partnerships, supporting both traditional and web3 business segments. The role requires considerable cross-functional collaboration as well as internal and external client & stakeholder engagement.

As a member of PayPal’s Blockchain, Crypto and Digital Currency (BCDC) team, you will help drive sales productivity through PYUSD adoption by executing growth and thought leadership initiatives, partner and community development activities, and sales enablement analytics.  

Job Description:

Your way to impact 

• Support development and execution of growth initiatives to drive PYUSD awareness and adoption. 

• Support ecosystem growth through partner activations, co-marketing, and community initiatives. 

• Help identify scalable activation opportunities to maximize program reach and improve performance. 

• Track and measure activation program results, analyze data for insights, and support reporting to key business stakeholders. 

Your day-to-day 

In your day-to-day role you will 

• Create compelling content for social media, co-marketing campaigns, and thought leadership efforts that support rapid experimentation of channels, campaigns, creative, and incentives.  

• Work closely with partners to develop campaigns and sales enablement materials to support customer acquisition.  

• Work closely with third party agencies and partners to identify, coordinate, and execute event participation. 

• Track and analyze content, campaign performance, and event participation to identify and enhance opportunities for optimization and increased effectiveness.
