Rogers Group is seeking a GENERAL LABORER for our quarry located in Greer South Carolina. The successful candidate for this role will be able to complete a variety of labor and operation tasks in the quarry and crushing plant. This individual will be responsible for plant maintenance and clean-up, and supporting various other production duties. Must have a strong commitment to safety excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
General plant/mine labor and clean-up of production areas, including shoveling stone from around conveyors and assist with plant clean up and operations.
Being trained in various other entry level production positions and fill in as needed during vacations, absences, and increased production demand times.
Report equipment problems and identify them to management.
Light maintenance work and maintain the belt lines.
Complete equipment pre-shift report – if applicable.
Assist other workers as needed or directed and other duties as assigned by management.

Ability to perform a variety of duties, some which may include plant clean-up, production, maintenance, heavy equipment operation, and other duties as assigned.
