Position Overview:

The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning and aesthetics of our facilities, both indoors and outdoors. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routine Maintenance: Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance on equipment, systems, and facilities, addressing any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
• Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair problems related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and other building components as needed.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain various tools and equipment required for maintenance tasks, including power tools, lawn mowers, and landscaping machinery.
• Lawn Care: Perform lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, fertilizing, and watering to ensure a well-kept and attractive outdoor space.
• Outdoor Cleanup: Remove debris, leaves, snow, and other outdoor materials to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Emergency Repairs: Respond to maintenance requests and emergency repairs promptly, working efficiently to minimize disruptions and ensure safety.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment servicing to maintain a comprehensive maintenance history.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and efficient task execution.
