Description & Requirements

This project role will focus on closing HR compliance gaps, securing all employment contracts, embedding compliance into daily HR operations, and delivering sustainable tools. The mission will strengthen HR compliance in France and reduce legal and financial exposure.

A Day in the Life Typically Includes:

• Conduct HR compliance audits and identify areas for improvement
• Review, secure, and standardize employment contracts in line with French labor law and Syntec CBA
• Improve, update and implement compliant HR processes and tools
• Contribute to social dialogue activities (CSE, CSSCT, NAO, BDSE) in collaboration with stakeholders
• Draft and update key policies, templates, and documentation
• Partner with HR and Legal to embed compliance into daily practices
• Drive change management initiatives to ensure lasting compliance culture

Required Skills:

•Master’s degree, or equivalent, in French Labor Law or HR management
• Strong expertise in French labor law and Syntec CBA
•Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience in delivering compliance or audit projects
• Advanced drafting, structuring, and organizational skills
• Experience with HR process design and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and autonomy

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with change management methodologies
• Bonus points for experience in a multinational environment
• Any combination of legal, HR, or compliance certifications is appreciated
