Job Title: Cleaner, Light Duty - Full time, Permanent
Location: Downtown, Vancouver BC
Rate: $18.66/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 1:00PM to 9:00PM*

About the Role:

We’re looking for cleaners with a passion for a clean space! This is a Permanent Full-Time opportunity to work for an organization that is proud to provide an essential service – keeping our communities safe & sanitized.
What you’ll be doing:
• Cleaning assigned areas by sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, hauling waste streams to loading bay
• Collect and dispose trash in garbage, compost and recycle containers on a regular basis
• Spot clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, doors and windowsills
• Cleaning of washrooms, sanitizing, mopping, and restocking of supplies
• Other responsibilities such as special projects as assigned by the site supervisor or manager
• Follow pre-set policies, guidelines, and rules to maintain a safe working environment
You have:
• A willingness to work and learn
• The ability to obtain a background or security clearance
• Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
• Cleaning experience is considered an asset, but not required
