Licensed Psychologist - Program Director

Merakey is seeking a Licensed Psychologist with strong supervisory and forensic experience to lead a forensic psychology program serving justice‑involved individuals with serious mental illness.
The Program Director oversees a team delivering site‑based forensic services in Southeastern Pennsylvania, ensures clinical and operational excellence, and collaborates closely with justice system partners to strengthen coordination, deflection, and diversion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of forensic psychology professionals.
- Manage program operations, including workflow, compliance, budgeting, staffing, and overall service quality.
- Ensure high‑quality forensic services, including timely evaluations, psychological assessments, and adherence to clinical best practices.
- Develop and implement program policies, protocols, and quality improvement initiatives to support effectiveness and growth.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with justice and behavioral health agencies to coordinate service delivery and advance diversion efforts.
