We're seeking a dynamic and results driven Marketer/Community Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our Admissions and Marketing Team, you'll play a crucial role in building relationships, driving referrals, increasing quality payors, promoting our programs and services, and providing support for the Admissions team.

Cobble Hill Health Center is a not-for-profit long-and short-term care facility providing services to the disabled and elderly for over 40 years. The Community Liaison will play an integral role in helping us to achieve our vision: to consistently exceed expectations and set the standard for excellence in residential and community care.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, hospital discharge planners, and healthcare professionals
• Identify and facilitate educational opportunities to increase awareness of our services
• Build and maintain relationships with key organizations, facilities, and stakeholders
• Serve as a liaison between patients/family members and the Admission team to turn inquiries into admissions and answer any questions they may have about our facility
• Plan and execute networking events
• Deliver speaking engagements and introduce new patients/clients to our services
• Follow up with pending potential clients and maintain relationships with Hospital teams, Insurance companies and case management departments

Requirements:

• 2+ years of skilled nursing, hospital or equivalent marketing experience
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and self-sufficient with excellent time management skills
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
• Successful track record of teamwork and leadership driving business growth
• Ability to review PRIs, check insurances and coordinate with Admissions
