This role supports the DoW ICAM mission by designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities that enable identity services to operate across enterprise, mission partner, tactical, and edge environments.</h2><h2></h2><h2>The ideal candidate is a senior hands-on ICAM engineer with expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Radiant Logic, or similar identity governance and identity data management platforms. This role focuses on identity lifecycle management, entitlement governance, role management, identity correlation, authoritative data integration, and extending identity services beyond traditional enterprise boundaries to support distributed and disconnected operational environments.</h2><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><b>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) and Identity Data Management capabilities supporting both enterprise and edge ICAM architectures.</h2></li><li><h2>Support SailPoint IdentityIQ and Radiant Logic platforms used to manage identity lifecycle, access governance, entitlement management, and identity data services.</h2></li><li><h2>Engineer solutions that extend identity governance and identity data management services to mission partners, tactical users, and edge computing environments.</h2></li><li><h2>Develop and maintain integrations between authoritative data sources, identity repositories, directories, and downstream applications.</h2></li><li><h2>Implement and support Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes, access requests, approvals, certifications, and entitlement management capabilities.</h2></li><li><h2>Configure and maintain identity correlation, identity reconciliation, identity aggregation, and identity data quality processes.</h2></li><li><h2>Support enterprise role management, access governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance monitoring initiatives.</h2></li><li><h2>Design and support identity synchronization and identity distribution mechanisms supporting disconnected, intermittent, low-bandwidth, and mission-partner environments.</h2></li><li><h2>Collaborate with customer stakeholders to onboard applications and identity sources into enterprise and edge ICAM ecosystems.</h2></li><li><h2>Support implementation of Zero Trust and identity-centric security initiatives through governance, authoritative identity management, and access controls.</h2></li><li><h2>Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving identity aggregation, provisioning, entitlement management, identity correlation, and identity data services.</h2></li><li><h2>Develop technical documentation including architecture diagrams, SOPs, TTPs, deployment guides, and operational procedures.</h2></li><li><h2>Participate in Agile development activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.</h2></li><li><h2>Actively manage technical risks and contribute to mission readiness objectives.</h2></li></ul><h2></h2><h2><b>WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED (Required):</b></h2><h2><b>Education: </b>Bachelor’s Degree.  An additional 4 years of experience mat be substituted in lieu of degree.</h2><h2><b>Clearance</b>: Active or ability to obtain Secret security clearance.</h2><h2><b>Certification:</b> Active 8570/8140 IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE or higher) or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire.</h2><h2><b>Experience:</b> 10+ years’ experience.</h2><h2><b>Technical Skills:</b></h2><ul><li><h2>Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or equivalent Identity Governance platforms.</h2></li><li><h2>Strong experience with Radiant Logic, RadiantOne, or equivalent identity data management and virtual directory technologies.</h2></li><li><h2>Experience integrating identity platforms with Active Directory, LDAP directories, HR systems, enterprise applications, and authoritative data sources.</h2></li><li><h2>Experience supporting identity lifecycle management, access certifications, entitlement governance, role modeling,
