Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the management of our invoicing and billing processes, including creating and distributing invoices and implementing effective strategies for following up on unpaid accounts
  • Orchestrate appointment scheduling for patients and clinicians, ensuring optimal time management and patient satisfaction
  • Craft professional and empathetic email communications to patients, handling appointment changes and record requests with utmost care and efficiency
  • Provide crucial support to clinicians by managing their timetables and coordinating the distribution of important reports
  • Utilize our state-of-the-art secure digital health platform to handle sensitive patient records, maintaining the highest standards of data privacy and security
  • Offer high-level personal assistant support to company leadership, including managing complex email inboxes and coordinating busy schedules
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our administrative processes, leveraging your expertise to suggest and implement efficiency-enhancing measures
  • Collaborate with our distributed team to ensure seamless communication and coordination across various time zones and locations

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for healthcare or related field experience
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice
  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital platforms and a genuine enthusiasm for learning new software systems
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Unwavering commitment to discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive health information
  • Self-motivated individual capable of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools for communication and task management is a plus
