Assistant Studio Manager – Busy Lash & Beauty Studio

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily studio operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day flow

• Leading and motivating the front desk team in a high-volume environment

• Assisting with hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching team members

• Driving membership sales and helping the studio achieve goals

• Creating a welcoming, elevated guest experience

• Handling scheduling, problem-solving, and guest recovery with professionalism

• Maintaining studio standards, organization, and team accountability

• Assisting with administrative and operational tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous leadership or management experience preferred

• Experience in beauty, retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented

• Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing in a busy environment

• Positive, professional, and confident leadership style

• Goal-oriented and motivated by team success

• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
