Background:

Institutional Credit Management (ICM) forms part of Citi’s Client organization and is formed of a workforce of c.4,000 people. The Client organization is dedicated to empowering our clients' growth by deeply understanding and anticipating their needs and by harnessing the full power of Citi. The organization takes a firmwide view of our client strategy, segmentation and coverage model to ensure every client receives the same high-quality coverage and delivery of services from every part of Citi.

The mission of ICM is to be a best in class in-business/first line of defense organization dedicated to the development and execution of an end-to-end wholesale credit management platform, working in partnership with the lines of business, independent risk and functions.

Experience:

The Global Head of Institutional Credit Management (ICM) must be focused on competitively positioning Citi as well as being execution oriented. This is inclusive of ensuring quality control standards for credit analysis and monitoring are met and providing critical production and control metrics to drive credit and portfolio actions. The Global Head of ICM will be responsible for responsible for addressing and discharging material regulatory requirements, including MRAs/MRIAs, and a high level of regulatory engagement. The Global Head of ICM will report to our Chief Client Officer. 

The Global Head of ICM will be a highly effective business leader that has deep knowledge of Citi’s portfolio and be capable of executing on the monitoring strategies and priorities.  He/she will have knowledge and insight of all Citi’s lines of business and geographies and will be able to drive the portfolio monitoring process.  Successful attributes will reflect prior experience with:
