Job Description

The Nursing Director – Clinics is responsible and accountable for the direction and coordination of clinic nursing operations, including supervision of clinic nurses.  Works in partnership with the Clinic Medical Director, Chief of Clinic Operations, Clinic Managers, and Development Coordinators.  This position will also work as a Clinic Nurse 1 day/week.

Qualifications

What is required...

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, currently licensed in the State of Washington
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited nursing program or Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing program plus 2 years clinical experience
  • Current CPR card (maintenance required)

What is preferred...

  • Rural Health Nurse Certificate from the National Rural Health Association
  • Recent experience working in a clinic setting
  • Three years of supervisory and/or department level management experience
  • Master’s degree in healthcare, business or nursing field

Additional Information

Wage:  Wage range currently starts at $45.00/hour ($74,880/year) and goes up to $68.00/hour ($113,152/year).  Actual wage will be calculated based on years' of applicable experience.

FTE:  1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
