The Role: The Service Technician will report to the Service Manager and will primarily be responsible for the service and repair high-end home appliances. This role is ideal for an individua that enjoys being outside and working autonomously to solve problems.
This position is on the road and requires operating a company vehicle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and isolate hot tub/sauna problems and repair (including mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
- Process invoices and log job details using the computer system in a timely manner
- Communicate with customers in a professional manner, discuss any added service that may need to be performed.
- Maintain the inventory on your service vehicle ensuring that you have the parts necessary for upcoming service visits
- Assist in training new employees as requested
- Become a hot tub/sauna water care expert with a full understanding of the supplies and chemicals necessary to maintain proper water chemistry
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings
- Attend manufacturer service training and obtain training certificates
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent is required
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required
- Computer proficiency required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; including Word Excel and Outlook
- Tenacity to find and fix problems
- Some mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, auto maintenance & repair, or other technical experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions

Compensation:
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is between $19 and $22. Salary will be determined based on experience, education, and other factors.
