Job Summary:
The Warehouse Office Clerk will provide direct support to the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse operations with shipping and receiving responsibilities. Responsible for performing the clerical and administrative functions for shipping and receiving areas, while providing excellent quality assurance and customer service.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Hands-on involvement in all aspects of warehouse office administration
- Provides clerical support to various management and operations functions, including but not limited to filing, faxing, scanning and emailing
- Serves as the frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate customer inquiries and issues
- Prioritizes workflow to maximize the number of shipments that can be resolved and sent out for delivery in the same day
- Monitor and oversee shipping and receiving documentation of inbound and outbound shipments
- Maintain, review and complete paperwork required for the shipping/receiving process
- Analyze, retrieve, and evaluate information

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent/Some college preferred
2 - 4 years related experience in a similar role or capacity preferred
Good written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of general office equipment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Ability to communicate effectively with management, staff and customers
Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
Flexibility in the workplace; adapt to a fast-paced dynamic work environment
Detail oriented problem solver
Ability to work toward completing given deadlines and goals daily, weekly or other
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
