Product Development Engineer

We are seeking a Product Development Engineer to join our engineering team. You'll have the opportunity to design new products, bill of materials, testing, and timelines for innovative products in the construction tool & equipment industry. You’ll be responsible for the general project management of programs working with End Users, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Distribution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or other engineering discipline) required.
• 3+ years of experience in product development/project management
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in Excel and Design software systems.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical and technical skills in both technical and business areas
• Functional understanding of cost accounting.
• Quick learning ability for new tools and systems.
• Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach.
