Truck Driver | Day Shift & Night Shift Available

A day in the life…

• Drive, Load and Maintain heavy vehicles according to NHVR and Petstock guidelines

• Load and unload trucks, or help others with loading and unloading, operating any special loading-related equipment on vehicles, and using other equipment as necessary such as forklift

• Maintain logs of working hours following applicable state and federal regulations
• Secure cargo for transport, using straps, gates, etc
• General warehouse duties as directed from time to time

What we need…

• Minimum HR License
• HC preferred
• Minimum two years’ experience driving a ‘Heavy Rigid Vehicle'
• Be committed to working safely and adhering to our health & safety policies
• Experience or exposure to chain of responsibility
• Forklift License
• Physically fit
• A commitment to providing great customer service
• Availability to work flexible hours
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions
• Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
