We are looking to hire an experienced engineering leader who understands technology and knows how to build a team and deliver results! You will be responsible for leading teams of software engineers across enterprise product lines. Successful Engineering Manager candidates will have outstanding analytic capabilities and a track record of delivering successful products as both a developer and manager. Experience with Java, .NET, web and/or mobile technologies will also contribute to success in this role. The ability to prioritize changing demands, multi-task, and creatively meet tight deadlines in addition to being very process focused in a fast paced environment is a must.
This position will report to the VP, Engineering and is a remote work opportunity located in either: Austin TX; Dallas/Fort Worth, TX; New Orleans, LA; Denver, CO; or Minneapolis, MN..
How you'll make a difference:
- Coach and mentor teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
- Build and lead high-performing software development teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide guidance, support, and career development opportunities for team members.
- Oversee multiple projects using the SCRUM/SAFe methodology.
- Plan, prioritize, and coordinate development activities with cross-functional teams.
- Establish development standard methodologies to ensure high-quality results.
- Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Collaborate across Product Management, Quality Engineering, Professional Services, CloudOps, etc.
- Build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication among teams..
What you bring to the table:
- 3+ years of software engineering management experience.
- Strong technical skills in at least three of the following areas: Java, .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, React, SQL Server, Oracle Databases.
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proven track record of building scalable and high-quality applications.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Project management experience using agile development practices, such as SCRUM.

- This job may require minimal travel domestically or internationally,
- This is a full-time, exempt opportunity.
- Relocation will not be considered for this position.

The salary range for this position is $115,500-$214,400. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of the compensation package.
Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
