We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their needs are met with efficiency and care. As a Customer Service Agent, you will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

Job: Full time

Pay Range: $950 - $1200 weekly

 Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in our system.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and potential improvements.
• Educate customers on product features, services, and promotions to enhance user experience.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service role or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
