Owner Operator - Logistics Business

As a Ulysses (Owner-Operator), you’ll manage a logistics operations while scaling your business to maximize efficiency and earnings. You bring the operations, labor, and commitment to service level; we provide the tools, fleet, and demand to help you succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Operations at Scale – Oversee a mixed fleet of vans and box trucks across middle-mile and last-mile delivery routes.
• Manage Your Workforce – Recruit, schedule, and coach drivers to meet on-time performance (OTP) and customer satisfaction goals.
• Control Your P&L – Track operational costs and ensure profitability.
• Coordinate Supply Chain – Manage fleet logistics flow from order pickup to delivery.
• Deliver Results – Own key operational metrics such OTP, Service Level Agreement compliance and Net Promoter Score.

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial Builder – Ready to run and scale your own logistics business.
• Experienced Operator – 5+ years in logistics, fleet management, or depot operations.
• Managerial Leader – Able to manage 10–30 drivers and multi-vehicle daily operations.
• Financially Disciplined – Comfortable with managing working capital, payroll, and running a P&L.
• Data-Driven – Experienced with OTP, SLA compliance and NPS.
• Insurance-Ready – Must hold General Liability insurance for your LLC.
