Senior Manager, Global Network Operations

You will:
- Build and support a 24x7x365 on-call support function for critical networks and applications
- Develop and operate an alerting and monitoring platform for corporate hardware and software
- Lead and manage GNOC operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Manage and develop a team of IT professionals, setting clear objectives and KPIs
- Collaborate with corporate IT leadership to align GNOC initiatives with overall business goals
- Ensure IT systems and data are secure and compliant with internal and external standards
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and competitiveness
- Serve as a key point of escalation for all network-related issues
- Assist in the design and implementation of IT policies and best practices
- Drive IT programs including internal support, acquisition integration, and cross-functional coordination
You should have a:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in network operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing 24x7 network operations, and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of network systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, alerting and monitoring tools and platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Willingness to travel as needed for managing operations.
It would be great if you have:
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIS, JNCIA, CCIE
- Extensive route/switch network design and management experience
- Bachelor's in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent technical coursework
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- experience and interest in working in a in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., Jinja, Python) is preferred
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
