• Good experience ( 6+ years) in GL Accounting OR Investment Accounting.
• Proficiency in SAP GL OR SAP IMA
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills required to manage large volumes of data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience in Investment Accounting would be an advantage.
• Knowledge in IFRS 9 is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of investment accounts.
• Apply IFRS 9 standards, focusing on SPPI and ECL assessments.
• Manage general ledger entries and ensure accurate representation of investment transactions.
• Utilize SAP GL and Subledger IMA for accounting processes, with a preference for candidates with practical experience.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports related to investment accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain and update financial records with precision and attention to detail.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Monitor and analyse investment performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of investment transactions and related documentation.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures related to investment activities. Explanations.
