For our GB2 location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Team Leader (m/f/d) Facility at the earliest possible date.

 

 

YOUR FUTURE ROLE:

 

  • You coordinate a team of 2 employees and live a daily meeting culture.
  • You carry out daily inspections of the entire facility and are responsible for identifying damage.
  • You will carry out inspections of our sanitary facilities and take on minor repair tasks (e.g. replacing dispensers, clearing blockages)
  • You are responsible for the maintenance of systems and equipment (where possible)
  • Your tasks will also include reading meters and replacing light bulbs throughout the property (where technically possible)
  • You monitor all inspection appointments
  • You will be responsible for scheduling maintenance companies and accompanying external companies (providing support if necessary)
  • You will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling technical and building services systems and office equipment
  • If required, you will support our office, e.g. at events
  • You will monitor and supervise external construction work and carry out all repair work relating to maintenance (where possible)
  • You will be responsible for procuring small items (Hornbach, Würth, etc.) and collecting them from other local sites

 

 

 

YOUR IDEAL PROFILE:

 

  • Your basis is a successfully completed craft or technical apprenticeship
  • You have relevant professional experience in the general trades or in the building services sector
  • You communicate confidently in written and spoken German, ideally in addition to other foreign language skills (e.g. Polish)
  • You impress with your structured and independent way of working
  • You have a good assertiveness and cultivated dealings with other nationalities
  • A car driving licence and a forklift licence are an advantage (internal qualification possible) and round off your profile
