$21.36 - $29.90The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
The Department Coordinator IV provides administrative support within a department, in addition to serving as the principal assistant to Senior Director(s), Director(s), Associate Director(s), or other leadership roles. Responsible for performing a variety of advanced, complex assignments including department accounts working with minimal direction under their own initiative and latitude for independent judgment. Provides work leadership to other support staff. This position deals with highly confidential information and must be able to work with limited supervision and exercise independent judgment.Schedule 8 AM-4:30 PM Responsibilities GENERAL PURPOSE: The Program Coordinator manages the applicant enrollment processes; tracking applications/agreement forms, and manage participant communications. The coordinator manages calendars and schedules for participant screenings. Occasional support of participants with career exploration and interview preparation. This position is an integral part of the effort to become an employer of choice by attracting, retaining, and engaging talent as well as fostering a reputation for career opportunities and growth in the local community. RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate applicant enrollment processes; tracking applications/agreement forms and manage participant communications. Some program data collection/reporting. Coordinate tuition approvals, and request for course materials; manage vendor purchasing contracts; manage paid release-time tracking and audit process Coordinate calendars and schedules for participant screenings; manage program and tuition email boxes Assist with career exploration and interview preparation for program participants as needed. Assist with updating program materials, and information on website, and other distribution methods. Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor┐s Degree in HR, OD, HRD or related field required. Master┐s preferred. 2 years┐ experience with career navigation and career coaching as workforce development strategies required. or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint); strong organizational skills; strong written and verbal communication skills required. Career Coaching certification (CCC, IFC, or equivalent) preferred.
