This position serves as the Technical Expert supporting the Illinois State Police (ISP) performing complex professional and advisory functions in Client Services for the End User Computing Unit. In this role, you will deliver technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring the optimal performance of mobile devices. You will also lead in-depth technical research and systems analysis to align hardware and software solutions with user needs, while defining and maintaining technical standards for the department. Additionally, you will manage and resolve service requests through the DoIT ServiceNow (SNOW) platform to support seamless and efficient operations.
