Your role

To take day-to-day responsibility for the Customer Service Support and Online Engagement of our Trade Buyer community, to help deliver a high-performance culture that is aligned to both strategic and revenue generating initiatives, whilst delivering a first class service to both internal and external customers.

What you'll be doing

Corpay is currently looking to hire a Buyer Account Manager within our Epyx division. This position falls under our Remarketing line of business and is located in Meriden. In this role, you will responsible for the system engagement and Used Vehicle Purchasing within a region of our Trade Buyer Community of buyers using Telephony and email communication. You will report directly to the Key Account Team Manager and regularly collaborate with our Account Management, Business Support, Claims, Settlement and Development Teams along with external Vendors and Suppliers.

How We Work

As a Buyer Account Manager you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

• Assigned workspace in our Meriden office.

• Company-issued equipment + remote access.

• Formal, hands-on training.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Drive System and Purchasing engagement from your region of buyers.

• Adhering to Telephony KPI’s

• Producing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for our Vendors

• Managing email Inbox communication from Buyers, Vendors and Suppliers

• Recruitment of new Trade Buyers to use the Disposal Network platform

This is a 12 months fixed term contract (maternity cover) with the possibility to become permanent.
