Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Central Valley, CA
Outpatient Orthopedics | Choose Your Home Clinic (No Float/Travel)

Available Clinic Locations – Select One Home Base
We are hiring full-time PTAs for single-location, clinic-based roles in California’s Central Valley. This is not a float or travel position — you'll work at one clinic only, where you’ll build your caseload and contribute to a consistent care team.

Candidates may choose their preferred clinic during the interview process. You’ll stay at that one location — no floating required.

Salary & Incentives

  • Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 (DOE)

  • Monthly incentive bonus: Up to $2,500/month (up to $32,500/year)

  • Sign-on bonus: Up to $5,000 (varies by location)

  • Student loan reimbursement: Up to $25,000

  • Total compensation potential: $110,300-$120,700 annually depending on experience, hours, and performance

Clinic Details

Our Central Valley clinics deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic care to diverse patient populations. Services may include:

  • Orthopedic & sports therapy

  • Manual therapy & functional rehabilitation

  • Spine & TMJ care

  • Pre- and post-operative rehab

  • Vestibular therapy

  • Upper & lower extremity rehab

  • Work injury rehabilitation

  • Gait and orthotic assessments

As part of California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy and the Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN), our PTAs receive strong support, mentorship, and access to advancement opportunities — all in a collaborative, patient-first environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT

  • Implement and progress individualized treatment plans

  • Provide direct patient care focused on function, mobility, and strength

  • Accurately document treatment and progress in EMR

  • Collaborate with clinical team for best outcomes

  • Follow all federal, state, and payer compliance requirements

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program

  • Current California PTA license (or eligible to obtain)

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
