Job Description

The Coordinator, Production Compliance plays a key role in the organization's continuous efforts to mitigate risk. Reporting to the Production Compliance Manager, this role helps ensure the completion of tasks and successful tracking of compliance production procedures across Telemundo’s entertainment division.  

Job Duties:  

  • Prepares and organizes compliance data 

  • Creates and maintains internal trackers 

  • Follows up with clients, talent, internal & external vendors for assigned projects  

  • Provides support to the Production Management team 

  • Acts as the first point of contact for talent and vendors on potential issues, ensuring deadlines are met 

  • Maintains department records 

  • Supports NBCU’s COVID-19 efforts, including, but not limited to: 

    • Scheduling tests 

    • Tracking testing cadences 

    • Overseeing the testing process 

  • Coordinates meeting invites, including taking minutes, and follow-ups 

  • Any other duties as assigned by Compliance Manager 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in an administrative role 
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) 
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Excel  
  • Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information  
  • Comfortable working with data, using metrics, tracking tasks etc.  
  • Detail oriented and with strong organizational skills 
  • General knowledge of COVID-19 related domestic protocols   
  • Must be available to work in Miami, Florida 
  • Must be willing to travel when required 
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States 
  • Must be willing to adhere to all Company COVID-19 workplace safety policies and protocols 
  • In select work settings or where jurisdictionally mandated, must submit an attestation disclosing your COVID-19 vaccination status and be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or adhere to enhanced protocols 
  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week

  • A self-starter, able to multitask and work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Basic knowledge of PowerBi  
  • Demonstrates initiative and ability to work unsupervised  
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team 

Additional Requirments:

  • This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
