As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

Scope of Responsibility: To provide consistent high quality care services to each resident and his/her family through leadership, supervision and support of the nursing team. Identify resident needs and promote team approach to resident comfort and care. ADONs will provide consistent medical assessments for admissions into Greencroft Goshen Healthcare to assure that the resident’s medical, nutritional, and psycho social needs can be met prior to admission and to provide related support to clinical care team members.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Indiana.
- Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
- Previous supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required.
- Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired.
- Experience with electronic medical records desired.
Schedule:
- More than 40 a week but no more then 50 hours a week
- On call weekends and holidays
