The Program Representative supports Electric Boat’s Tool Issue and Material Management initiatives, combining administrative and analytical responsibilities with hands-on operational support. This position plays a vital role in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and readiness across the systems and processes that keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of tool crib materials and inventory.
• Support the coordination and oversight of vending programs for construction consumables.
• Assist in the management of personal issue tools, ensuring accountability and data integrity.
• Support “Welder Make Ready” and related readiness initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and program teams to improve process efficiency and program performance.
• Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to tool issue and material management.

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years’ experience supporting construction and/or testing activities.
• Willingness to work overtime as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Clearance.

Preferred:

• Experience with ATICTS
• 1+ years experience with oracle or similar business systems
• Experience with metrics development or data management
