Change ERP Senior Manager

<p>Pernod Ricard is looking for a highly experienced and skilled ERP Change Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global implementation programs and change management techniques to ensure successful integration of new ERP systems and processes within our organization.</p><p></p><p><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Act as an ERP expert, specializing in implementing change management techniques to capture the impacts of change on people, processes, and the organization.</li><li>Collaborate closely with external consultancies responsible for system design and business readiness to understand the macro impacts of the change to come.</li><li>Work closely with the Change Management Office to develop a change management strategy and plan, ensuring a successful deployment approach that puts people at the heart of the program.</li><li>Interview and gather insights from senior stakeholders, using this information to develop a stakeholder management and engagement plan.</li><li>Support Business Process Owners in their workstreams, ensuring a robust change approach.</li><li>Prepare change materials such as change readiness, change impact analysis, change barometer, and process mapping tools.</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Requirements:</u></p><ul><li>A minimum of 10 years of experience in ERP implementation and change management.</li><li>Proven experience in global implementation of ERP programs and working with external consultancy partners.</li><li>Strong knowledge of change management techniques and strategies.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and French.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including the ability to develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.</li><li>Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong understanding of the ecosystem for an ERP program, roles of each provider and internal stakeholders, understand the key vocabulary used in such programs</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills.</li></ul><p></p><p>Join the Pernod-Ricard team as an ERP Change Senior Manager and play a crucial role in implementing and managing change within the organization.
