Job Description of Delivery Lead

Responsibilities:
•    Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
•    Team Leadership: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication.
•    Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and timelines.
•    Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure projects stay on track.
•    Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables meet the required standards and specifications.
•    Continuous Improvement: Drive processes that enable efficient development and delivery.

Qualifications:
•    Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields.
•    Certifications: PMP, ITIL, Agile/Scrum certifications are often preferred.
•    Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in Agile environments.
•    Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and technical knowledge.

Skills:
•    Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with project management software like JIRA or Bugzilla.
•    Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile/Scrum practices.
•    Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate teams.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•    Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
