POSITION SUMMARY

The Crooked Antler, located inside The Steamboat Grand Hotel, is looking for a Restaurant Manager with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in hospitality management, specifically with a Food & Beverage emphasis. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Oversee all phases of outlet operations, to include restaurant, coffee shop, room service and pool bars.

• Oversee all Human Resources issues for Front of House staff

• Oversee all staffing/scheduling requirements for all outlets

• Create weekly labor/revenue forecasts

• Manage all staff payroll procedures

• Maintain all beverage levels and manage ordering

• Implement training program of service standards for all Front of House and for all beverage servers

• Closely monitor guests dining experience and maintain a strong presence on the floor

• Develop and implement creative strategies to increase revenues and average checks

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards

• Develop daily shift meetings and strategies

• Closely monitor opening and closing procedures

• Ensure understanding and compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements
