Here, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive innovation, and help shape the future of cannabis.</span></p></div><p><strong>Job Title: Lead Production Technician</strong><br><strong>Pay: $21.25 per hour</strong><br><strong>Location: Hammonton, NJ</strong><br><strong>Shift: Monday to Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM</strong></p> <p><strong>Who You Are:</strong></p> <p>As a Lead Production Technician, you’ll oversee the filling and packaging operations of cannabis products such as vaporizers, RSO syringes, capsules, tablets, and concentrates. Your role ensures product integrity, operational efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. You are a hands-on leader who drives productivity, supports team development, and collaborates across departments to meet operational goals.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks, including filling, sealing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products.</li> <li>Oversee all lab product filling and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with regulations.</li> <li>Manage inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping for all products and materials.</li> <li>Perform and guide team members in tasks such as: <ul> <li>Filling capsules, concentrates, syringes, and vaporizer cartridges.</li> <li>Weighing, counting, sealing, and packaging products with precision.</li> <li>Applying tamper-evident seals and batch-specific labeling.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Monitor and drive productivity metrics, tracking performance hourly and daily.</li> <li>Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.</li> <li>Troubleshoot equipment and ensure all tools are maintained in a ready state.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with state regulations, including product labeling and seed-to-sale tracking systems.</li> <li>Implement and uphold continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and waste
