Junior Employer Branding Manager (m|f|x)

We are looking for a Junior Manager to join our idealo Employer Branding & Internal Communications Team. In this role, you'll be contributing to our mission to attract, engage and retain top talent through impactful employer branding strategies and measures for one of Europe’s leading online shopping and price comparison platforms.

This position is available full-time or part-time.

About your new role

• You create engaging content, including blog articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to attract and engage potential candidates across our channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, kununu, Glassdoor, #idealolife Blog and our career website.
• You’re responsible for developing, executing and steering online marketing campaigns to promote our employer brand across various digital platforms.
• Planning, organizing, and executing various events, such as meetups, conferences, and talent fairs, are also part of your responsibilities to enhance our employer brand presence in the relevant target audiences.
• Together with Recruiting Partners and Hiring Managers you identify talent needs and develop targeted lead creation campaigns and Talent CRM marketing measures.
• You collaborate with our People Development Team and other relevant stakeholders to create awareness for idealo’s career starter programs.

Skills & Requirements

• Your profile showcases experience in online and content marketing, with knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
• You bring in strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. First-hand experiences in event management will make your start into the new roll even easier.
• Marketing knowledge in the context of employer branding strategies and recruitment marketing trends are preferred.
• You’re passionate about talent acquisition, employer branding, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
• Fluent communication at eye level in English and German is one of your key strengths in order to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
