Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Corporate, you will support and provide leadership on corporate, securities, and governance matters and the building of the right practices and procedures to support those matters. The responsibilities will include all securities matters for a publicly traded company that is a large accelerated filer, including ensuring compliance with SEC and Nasdaq rules and regulations; preparing and reviewing SEC filings; assisting with matters related to the board of directors and their committees; and advising on corporate governance, investor relations, and executive compensation matters.</p> <p>We value intellectual curiosity, judgment, and clear communication.
