Head of Delivery

<p><strong>Description of Activities:</strong></p> <p>Lead, motivate, and develop the team, directly or indirectly, to contribute to business growth. Structure the Service Delivery organization to achieve financial targets and ensure continuous quality improvement.</p> <p>Manage operations to meet contractual service commitments and drive ongoing service enhancement.</p> <p>Be responsible for service-related risks, control the profitability of delivered services, and increase productivity for Fujitsu clients to improve and continuously grow profitability.</p> <p>Proactively lead both internal and external suppliers in a service partnership as a “single service team” towards clients.</p> <p>Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other Fujitsu departments to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.</p> <p>Actively promote continuous improvement.</p> <p>Establish and oversee management reporting, reviews, and change control processes, managing the operational area within budgetary constraints.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Internal/External Working Relationships:</strong></p> <p>SDM/SDMO/Project Manager</p> <p>Client teams</p> <p>Fujitsu Management (Local, Europe, and GDCs)</p> <p>Legal / Finance</p> <p>Quality</p> <p>Fujitsu GDC (Global Delivery Centers)</p> <p>Human Resources (HR)</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Education and Required Experience:</strong></p> <p>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (BAC+4/+5) in IT, Project Management, Business, or a related field</p> <p>Relevant professional experience in the services sector</p> <p>Solid experience in managing a service organization with full P&amp;L responsibility</p> <p>Proven leadership skills, including team management and client relationship management</p> <p>Experience working in an international environment</p> <p>Strong knowledge of infrastructure and application services portfolio</p> <p>Excellent understanding of delivery processes</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Professional Skills:</strong></p> <p>Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills</p> <p>Ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven environment</p> <p>Fluent in English, both written and spoken</p> <p>Proficient in P&amp;L management and client relationship handling</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
