Designs enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional solutions to support specialty business retention team, leveraging data analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making. Leads initiatives that significantly impact organizational strategy, ensuring the organization remains competitive and effectively serve its customers. Partners with external business partners and internal business owners to optimize the achievement of strategic business objectives, to include profitable growth and improved organizational effectiveness.

Job Overview

Responsible for data analytics, reporting, and utilization review to inform business decision and optimize operations. This role interface with internal and external stake holders, translating complex data into actionable insight to support business growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in managing the day-to-day complex business consultation services to support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Implements processes and assignments for research, collecting, analyzing, and compiling data and information in support of business goals and objectives.
• Serve as a data interface between the organization and external partners, ensuring data integrity and clarity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Helps establish and implement strategic review processes ensuring continuous improvement, compliance, and high-performance standards are upheld.
• Delivers advice to the organization regarding current business trends and best practices by preparing analyses for senior management, stakeholders, and clients.

For this role you will need Minimum Requirements

• 5 - 7 years’ of professional work experience with proven experience with financial and data analysis and reporting tools.
• Adept at problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication skills for both internal and external partners.
• Adept at collaboration and teamwork.
• Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills.
• Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills.
• Experience in healthcare, dental, vision or supplemental health products is a plus.

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification, or equivalent work expereince.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
