Comcast’s Northeast Division is seeking dynamic, self-motivated intern participants who have a strong passion to drive the age of innovation through our immersive summer experience!
Our 11-week paid internship program gives participants hands-on experience working with various groups across multiple office locations within Comcast’s Northeast Division. As a member of the team, you will gain invaluable knowledge of the industry, be part of our diverse and welcoming culture, and receive exposure to other areas of the business.
Your experience will also include:
- Engagement & Exposure: Creativity, ingenuity, and innovation is the name of the game! As you get an inside look into the day-to-day operations of a cutting-edge media and technology company, you’ll work on creative, impactful, and thought-provoking projects with various business units. With many exhilarating experiences built into one internship, you will have the opportunity to take center stage and showcase your summer projects during the final Summer Showcase.
- Professional Development & Fun: You will have the opportunity to network with fellow intern participants through social activities, community building, and Experience Days. Our 10-week internship program maintains a strong focus on professional growth and development. Through activities like speaker series and skill-building workshops you will jump-start your career. Plus, we build in time for you to network with senior leaders and enjoy collaborative activities with your fellow program participants.
About the DE&I Team:
- Builds and manages all activities related to the discovery and implementation of DE&I growth initiatives
- Drives engagement across Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)
- Promotes and leads Diversity Recruitment Programs in the Northeast Division
- Increases the flow of diverse talent and supports the hiring of roles across multiple business functions
- Analyzes data to further diversify the pipeline of talent within business groups
- Identify and foster external partnerships that align to our strategic focus for accelerating the flow of diverse and skilled talent within our organization
Role Overview:
The Northeast DE&I team is responsible for supporting the development and mobilization of the diversity & inclusion strategy, initiatives, programs, and partnerships across the division. The DE&I intern will work directly with the Northeast Division DE&I and Talent Management teams to plan, organize and execute DE&I strategies and projects. They will coordinate the planning and execution of events, conferences, and programs while assisting with data tracking, presentations, and program delivery and content as needed. The candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with quickly shifting priorities, standardization and creating sustainability. The candidate will be challenged to use critical and innovative thinking and the coordination of multiple projects.

- Enjoys writing, speaking, and presenting in front of an audience
- Passionate about employee development and career growth planning
- Is proficient in Power Point, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
- Is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Journalism or Public Policy
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based accredited college or university
- Graduation date between May 2025 and May 2026
- Authorized to work in the United States of America and will not require visa sponsorship now or in the future
