We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialization. Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remotely. This role is based at our HQ in Solon, Ohio.

The Role:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Senior Manager, CRM & GTM Systems to lead the management, optimization, and innovation of our CRM and Go-to-Market (GTM) technology stack. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business objectives and technology solutions, enabling our teams to enhance customer engagement, streamline sales processes, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is a systems thinker, experienced in CRM platforms like Salesforce, with a strong understanding of marketing and sales automation tools. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, foster data-driven decision-making, and ensure our systems align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. CRM Management & Optimization
- Oversee the architecture, administration, and continuous improvement of our CRM platform, ensuring it meets business needs.
- Develop and enforce best practices for CRM usage, data governance, and system integration.
- Design and implement workflows, validation rules, and reports to support efficient sales and customer management.
2. GTM Technology Strategy
- Own the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of GTM systems, including marketing automation platforms, sales enablement tools, and data enrichment technologies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align tools with business objectives and GTM strategies.
- Evaluate and onboard new technologies that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to align CRM and GTM systems with strategic initiatives.
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Act as a primary liaison between technical teams and end-users to facilitate adoption and usability.
4. Data Analytics & Insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and customer engagement metrics.
- Enable data-driven decision-making by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems.
- Support revenue forecasting and analytics through advanced CRM reporting.
5. Leadership & Training
- Mentor and lead a team of administrators and analysts, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Deliver training and support to end-users to ensure system adoption and proficiency.
- Establish governance frameworks for CRM and GTM systems usage and management.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in CRM management and GTM systems, with a proven track record in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM platform).
- Experience working in SaaS, technology, or similar high-growth industries is highly desirable.
Skills & Expertise
- Expertise in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) or equivalent CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with GTM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
