The person hired to this <strong><span>Senior</span></strong> <strong><span>Product Manager</span></strong> role will be responsible for this foundational platform and core 3rd party integrations.</span></p> <p><span>This position reports to the VP of Product Management.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><strong><span>Responsibilities:</span></strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span>Work closely with Engineering, other product teams, UX, Product Marketing and the company leadership to identify, understand and prioritize internal and user-facing pain points</span></li> <li><span>Gain deep understanding of our customers by gathering quantitative and qualitative information firsthand and by collaborating closely with User Research and our Business Intelligence teams</span></li> <li><span>Gain deep understanding of our technology by collaborating with our Engineering teams. You don’t need to be the expert of all the details, but you need to develop a strong intuition of the possibilities and limitations and be able to debate technical trade-offs.</span></li> <li><span>Maintain a continuously updated roadmap.</span></li> <li><span>Lead the discovery efforts for the developments and gather the requirements, translate them into business cases and specifications. Evaluate and drive trade-off decisions and prioritization.</span></li> <li><span>Work with the engineering and design teams continuously to execute against the roadmap and create secure, efficient and intuitive solutions.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with go-to-market teams to maximize the impact of product launches.</span></li> <li><span>Collaborate with other PMs and company leadership to align on the overall product vision, strategy and company roadmap.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><span>Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span>4+ experience as a Product Manager in a tech company, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.</span></li> <li><span>Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields; OR strong track record of hands-on work in related roles</span></li> <li><span>Led cross-team dependent projects using an Agile development methodology.</span></li> <li><span>Demonstrated success in balancing multiple priorities and complex problems with a wide group of stakeholders</span></li> <li><span>Strong technical background. Comfortable negotiating technical requirements and dependencies across the technical stack while understanding trade-offs and measuring them against business needs.</span></li> <li><span>Confident in both high-level strategy and daily execution; ability to abstract challenges and present to the C-Level while facilitating weekly meetings with engineers, operations, and marketing.</span></li> <li><span>The candidate will be a team player with excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.</span></li> <li><span>Passionate about leading teams through ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products that are focused on customer needs, understanding of data and reliance on strong product sense.</span></li> <li><span>Experience working with Enterprise File and Document Management solutions or on internal or customer-facing technology platforms and APIs is a plus.</span></li> <li><span>Must speak English proficiently. Hungarian and German is a plus.</span></li> <li><span>It’s a hybrid position, working closely with teams located in Budapest, Hungary. Should be ready to visit the offices at least monthly for workshops and other opportunities.
