What we're looking for

Provide day to day operation and supervision of the Recreational Association office, its functions and activities. Maintain the retail selling floor. Keep inventory stocked. Maintain and provide monthly financial, banking and credit card records. 

Compensation

• $25 / hour 
• Must be able to work Thursday through Monday 
  • One weekend off per month

What you'll do

• Schedule, train and supervise staff. Assign employees specific duties. 
• Order office supplies.
• Maintain current data base of all homeowners.
• Maintain daily records. Adhere to and supervise cash handling policies and procedures.
• Keeps retail manager informed of: homeowner and guest issues, out of stock merchandise and materials, personnel issues.
• Conduct inventory counts of badges, retail merchandise and petty cash in adherence to policies and procedures.
• Conduct all banking and fiscal record keeping.
• Provide owners and guests with current information about the Sea Colony community as well as the surrounding communities, including dining, recreational, and adult, youth and family activities.
• Maintain positive working relationships with owners and guests.

Skills you'll need

• High School. Associates or Bachelor degree preferred.
• Three years office management in a retail setting.
• Ability to speak and hear. 
• Close and distance vision. 
• Frequent sitting, walking and standing. 
• Frequently lifts/carries up to 40 lbs. 
• Continual use of manual dexterity and gross motor skills with frequent use of bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
