What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including lobby areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points, while helping to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic customer spaces to help support authorized access, observe unusual behavior, and report security-related concerns.
• Support branch and facility operations by assisting with opening and closing activities, following post orders, and maintaining detailed activity and incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Possess a Concealed Carry Weapons Permit.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a New Jersey RPO Certificate.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
