Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as Director, Strategic Transformation.

Position Status: Full-time, Day Shift

Position Location: This position is in person.

Standard Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (ET).

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years leadership experience required.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Expectations for this Role:

Sentara Health is seeking Director, Strategic Transformation. This director will be responsible for leading our transformation department and working with key stakeholders. This person will be expected to lead in an agile environment and have a strong flexibility. This person will also deliver financial and non-financial value with a consumer and community mind set.
