Your tasks as Customer Training Business Expert:

 

• Define & measure governance model, KPI´s & target setting process together with the Business line product category manager.
• Support global strategy of customer training business development for ZF Aftermarket in close cooperation with the sales team.
• Prepare, analyse and visualize data to create transparency, allow strategy definition and measure success amongst all key customer training stakeholders.
• Work closely with the market intelligence teams and conduct training market analysis for further content creation opportunities.
• Improve global training management processes and working in the project teams.

 

Your profile:

 

• Business informatics/administration, pedagogics or engineering Degree (Technical background or education is a plus)
• Experience in global governance role
• Proven experience in data analytics and data modeling eg. Power BI, Tableau
• Process management experience eg. Salesforce, SAP
• Excellent communications skills
• English language competency (German, French or other is a plus)
• Experience in automotive industry is a plus
